ooo bbq- it's not the BEST barbecue, but Dallas BBQ was my go to for a long time. No wait, halfway decent food, HUGE MARGARITAS. Yeesh. And they deliver.
But, here are my suggestions: for thai, satays and spring rolls. If you're not into fried, you can sometimes get "fresh" spring rolls, which are soft and not cooked. And honestly, much better IMHO...
for chinese, i usually get some sort of meat item (spareribs?) and whatever the steamed vegetable dish on the diet menu is. Usually mixed veggies with some sort of ginger-y sauce. It comes with rice but you don't have to eat it.
uh, other ethnicities? Ethiopian? Is teff low carb? complex carb? It's probably less bad than white rice.
and lately instead of regular french fries i get sweet potato fries. but really, if you're eating fries what's the point? (lol.)
