...but also bc I never realized there's more than one answer to Q3. Also, even I can't figure out what category aerial acrobatics belongs in for Q2: sports? martial arts? yoga/stretching? (I count it as such in my tabulations bc of the intense warmup)

If I had a choice to exercise or just do something, I just go do it, but like your walking, I don't really consider it exercise. I don't really do it for the sake of fitness or health. I just like to do it, and the health benefits are almost accidental.

I play in the swamp, work in a Science Center doing animal chores and whatnot, and crawl around on the floor with turtles doing kids birthday parties, but I don't consider this "exercising"

I dance and I downhill ski. I find there's no better cardio than a 5 1/2 hour night out dancing salsa. :)
