There really are no paleo or high-protein meals one can get delivered, other than a rotisserie chicken, are there.

A lot of Americanized Indian food requires a lot of butter or cream :( I didn't realize how much until I started making it myself :(

I really need to look harder for a Brazilian bbq place near home - I love that stuff!
