I've always thought the "healthy" section on the Chinese menu is a rip-off - I can make steamed veggies for a lot less than $8.95.
Tandoori chicken is brilliant though - I never think of biryani or tandoori when I'm considering delivery options, but whenever I do look at Indian menus, it's bc I'm in the mood for curry.
I feel like a lot of curries are too high in fat to be really good choices.
I wish I could get Brazilian bbq delivered. Mmm... meat!
