Nice list! More ideas:
- oh...Chinese food without rice was already mentioned. Some of the Chinese menus here have a 'Healthy' section that has particularly low-fat options highlighted like 'Steamed Chicken with Mixed Vegetables'
- Sashimi
- Tandoori chicken
- various curry dishes...Indian and Thai and Carribbean?
- Brazilian BBQ - tons of meat on skewers
- steamed clams/mussels/lobster
- grilled/broiled fish, scallops, shrimp
- gyro or kebabs (skip the wrap or rice)
Now I'm hungry...
